Terms of Service
Last updated: 16 September 2026
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and Add legal name in Admin → Settings → Legal pages, registration or trade licence number Add registration number in Admin → Settings → Legal pages, of Add registered address in Admin → Settings → Legal pages ("Justify", "we", "us" or "our"). They govern your access to Justify's websites, apps, practice tools, exam rehearsals, battles and related services.
By creating an account or using Justify, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Your account is personal. Do not share, sell or transfer it, and keep your login and verification codes secure.
- If you are under 18, use Justify only with the knowledge and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly tell us it was compromised.
2. Educational service
Justify is an independent preparation service. It is not an examining authority, university, education board or government agency. Questions, explanations, estimated scores and rankings are for learning and practice. We try to reproduce verified exam formats accurately, but we do not guarantee admission, selection, an examination result or that every item is error-free.
3. Fair use and battle integrity
- Complete practices, exams and battles yourself without prohibited assistance, automation, coordinated answers or multiple accounts.
- Do not disrupt the service, evade security controls, scrape content, reverse engineer protected systems or use Justify unlawfully.
- We may review unusual timing, device and network signals to protect fair competition.
- Where there is reasonable evidence of cheating, fraud or abuse, we may remove a result, disqualify a participant, withhold a prize or restrict an account. We will review a genuine appeal sent through support.
4. Paid plans, entry fees and prizes
- The price, duration, included features and applicable taxes or charges are shown before payment. Charges are in Bangladeshi taka unless checkout says otherwise.
- Paid battle entry is confirmed only after successful payment. The battle page states the entry fee and any fixed prize amounts before you join.
- A battle prize is subject to eligibility, result verification and these terms. Any deduction required by applicable law may be made and recorded.
- If you win or place in a battle, challenge or live exam, we may show your display name, profile photo, rank and score in winner lists, the Hall of Fame and Justify's posts and promotion. You can turn this off at any time in Profile → "Don't show my profile in promotion"; after that your place is listed only as "Don't show my profile".
- Refund eligibility and timing are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
- A future price change will not shorten a paid period that has already started.
5. Content and intellectual property
Justify and its licensors own the service, software, branding, question collections, explanations and other protected content. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use them for your own study while your account is active. You may not commercially reuse, publish or distribute them without written permission.
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to host, reproduce and process it only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service and to respond to you. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use.
6. Suspension and ending access
You may stop using Justify at any time. We may restrict or close an account for a material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful activity or harm to other users. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to appeal. Rights and obligations that by their nature continue after closure—including payment, intellectual property and dispute terms—will remain in effect.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep Justify available and accurate, but maintenance, internet failures and events outside our reasonable control can interrupt it. We may improve, replace or discontinue features. If a material change adversely affects a paid service, we will give reasonable notice or an appropriate remedy where required.
8. Responsibility and legal rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by information you supplied incorrectly, or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. This does not limit responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that law does not allow us to limit.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will change the effective date above and give reasonable notice of material changes. Continuing to use Justify after the new terms take effect means the updated terms apply.
10. Governing law, concerns and contact
The laws of Bangladesh govern these terms. Please first send any concern to Add support email in Admin → Settings → Legal pages so we can try to resolve it promptly. These terms do not prevent either party from using a court or other remedy available under applicable law. See the Contact page for all contact details.
