Student support

• Email: Add support email in Admin → Settings → Legal pages
• Phone / WhatsApp: Add support phone in Admin → Settings → Legal pages
• Hours: Add support hours in Admin → Settings → Legal pages

Privacy requests

Email: Add privacy email in Admin → Settings → Legal pages

Business information

• Add legal name in Admin → Settings → Legal pages
• Add registered address in Admin → Settings → Legal pages
• Registration / trade licence: Add registration number in Admin → Settings → Legal pages

Reporting a question

If a question or answer looks wrong, use the report option on that question in the app. It reaches the review team with the question details and is usually the fastest route.
